About Us
Our story begins back in 2017 in Louisville, KY. We met while overseeing a distribution center where we managed over 20,000 SKUs internationally. Our different work styles meshed instantly, Maddie’s a big picture gal while Olga loves digging into the details, so after several other career moves, we decided to put our over 17 years of combined supply chain experience together and launch Flori Consulting.
The goal of Flori is to help other small businesses (especially our fellow women!) streamline their supply chain processes so the business can grow and florish. We take care of turning what’s happening behind the scenes into a well oiled machine, so you can wow customers and scale.
Meet Olga
As co-founder of Flori, I take a hands-on, scalable approach to supply chain management, specializing in BOM management, inventory analysis, logistics, and MRP setup. I’ve helped small businesses streamline complex processes into simple, efficient systems. With a bachelor’s in supply chain management, an APICS CSCP certification, and ongoing data analytics training, I drive data-backed strategies that deliver results—like cutting premium freight by 20% and improving inventory turnover from 1.7 to 2.5 in just seven months.
Originally from Ukraine, I’ve built my life and career with the support of a strong, close-knit family. Outside of work, you’ll find me road biking, skiing, practicing yoga, or diving into new active hobbies.
Meet Madelaine
As a co-founder, I bring to the table experience scaling D2C e-commerce and subscription startups using smart demand/supply forecasting, shrink reduction strategies, and process automation. I’ve helped companies double their revenue while cutting shrink by 40%.
My mission is to make your customers love you by ensuring the products they want are in stock when they need them. With a Bachelor’s in Finance, an MBA, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, I’m always looking for ways to eliminate waste, cut unnecessary costs, and speed up processes.
Outside of work, I love shopping for vintage clothes, roller blading, weight lifting, and traveling.
